4 Hands Brewing Co. Adds on Tasting Room
ST. LOUIS, MO: (STLRestaurant.News) – It’s one of the fastest-growing craft brewers in St. Louis, and it recently increased its capacity to hold a lot more beer lovers by putting in an additional tasting room. It’s all part of 4 Hands Brewing Co., current development plan. The unique, 3500-square-foot, second-floor tasting room is the latest piece of the 20,000-square-foot craft brewery’s expansion, which also includes plans for a new distillery.
Owner and Founder, Kevin Lemp, opened his fashionable brewery 5 years ago. Because the new tasting area is almost four times larger than the ground-floor room, it will afford considerable opportunities for holding private events. They already serve a few foods in the tasting room provided by Bailey’s restaurants, part of a much-loved local restaurant group.
Four of their core brews are Divided Sky Rye IPA, Reprise Centennial Red, Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown and the Single Speed Session. They also have several seasonal beers. Besides the Resurrected IPA, some other favorites customers seem to love are Absence of Light, which they describe as creamy, strong chocolate, smooth peanut butter…a nice malty taste. Another often mentioned favorite is the Peach Sweet Tea City Wide. From the big Imperial Stouts and Double IPA’s to the more delicate styles, this rustically designed popular hangout has something for everyone.
