ST. CHARLES, MO/May 11, 2017 (STLRestaurant.News) We try to eat healthy but with all the temptations put in front of us, it’s sometimes very difficult!  Yet we know that eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis can add several years to your life.  Sometimes we just need a little guidance and tips on staying fit.  That’s why you’ll want to be sure and join Olivino this Saturday, May 13, for the Streets of St. Charles first ever Yoga on Beale event.

The Streets of St Charles is partnering with Barnes-Jewish, St. Peters and Progress West hospitals to bring you a triple dose of Healthy Living!  When you get in sync with the Universe everything turns out better.  Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, Maegan Beale, will be holding 2 sessions of yoga, one from 8 am-9 am and one from 11 am-12 pm.

One of the sponsors, Mobile Health Unit, will be on-site giving FREE health screenings.  There will also be a nutritionist, as well as, fitness demonstrations with Orangetheory Fitness!  And in addition, you can expect cooking demonstrations featuring Olivino and Prasino.

Olivino is excited to be participating in the event!  Beachbody Coach & daughter-in-law of Olivino Owner, Debbie Baker-Oliver, Melissa Baker, will be on hand to demonstrate healthy and easy recipes at 8:00 a.m., and again, at 11:00 a.m.  She’ll talk about all the ways to make quick meals that are also good for you.

She’ll be whipping up a Green Smoothie with Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil.  She’ll also be preparing a Mason Jar Mediterranean Salad drizzled with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and Tuscan Herb Ultra-Premium Olive Oil and Greek Yogurt with fresh Berries with Strawberry and Blueberry Balsamic Vinegars, both to be sampled.
