Restaurant Performance Index – May 2016

ST. LOUIS, MO: (STLRestaurant.News) – The National Restaurant Association has released the Restaurant Performance Index numbers for May 2016.  This is excellent information for restaurant owners/mangers to follow and use a benchmark for their performance.

The (NRA) National Restaurant Association is the largest trade association for the food-service industry in the world with more than 500,000 members.  The NRA partners with state restaurant associations.  In Missouri their partner is Missouri Restaurant Association.

We recommend that all restaurants join their state restaurant association as they can be a valuable asset and source of industry related information that can help make your restaurant a success rather than a failure.  Learn from other owners experience.  Don’t risk restaurant ownership alone, partner with those that know the industry from trial and error.  They offer valuable information relating to taxes, laws, employment laws, operation, marketing and much more.

Our opinion of industry association is not promotional.  We have no marketing agreements with neither the NRA or the Missouri Restaurant Association.  We understand the concept of industry related association and have visited with owners/managers that are members and know that their experience is rewarding.  Contact your state association for more information.
